Customer admittance (AGE)
Due to Lokkum Bar & Grill not offering child facilities (baby changing area, high chairs etc.) We unfortunately cannot accommodate children under the age of 12 during evening service (6pm). No Children or babies under the age of 12.
We have a smart dress code policy, no hats or caps, no sports wear allowed. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not meeting the dress code policy.
Lokkum requires a £10 deposit per head for group bookings of 6 or more and require up to 48 hours’ notice to cancel a booking, otherwise we will not be able to refund the booking deposit. Guests which do not turnup will lose the £10 per person deposit due to seating being allocated.
When dining at Lokkum, each customer must order a main course. Last orders can be placed 15 minutes before the kitchen closes. (The Kitchen shuts: Monday – Thursday 22.30, Friday – Saturday kitchen shuts at 23.00 and Sunday 21:30)
A Discretionary 12.5% Service charge will be added to your bill
Lokkum operates a strictly NO DRUGS policy, NO SMOKING in the restaurant (This includes use of e-cigarettes)
Booking the private room at Lokkum requires a £1,000 minimum spend. Which entitles your booking of 12 people to their own personal waiter and all food and drink is included within the minimum spend. A deposit of £250 is required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from the final bill. We require up to 48 hours’ notice to cancel a booking, otherwise we will not be able to refund the booking deposit. The private room cannot accommodate children under the age of 12.
All Lokkum gift vouchers can only be purchased from the restaurant and are valid for 3 months from the purchase date.
Lokkum does not accept liability for the loss or damage of personal belongings during your visit at Lokkum.
Lokkum is not liable for any damage or loss of items within your vehicle whilst parked within the Lokkum car park.
